Instructions
The Driver in the CD must be installed first. (See Notes, below)
Follow the instructions in the manual for setup of your equipment and installation of the sound card, including the following:.
If you have used a sound card, confirm that the previous sound card and its driver
have been uninstalled.
If you’re using onboard sound, you will need to access the CMOS (BIOS) utility at
startup. Refer to the user’s guide of your motherboard if you do not know how to enter setup. Disable Onboard sound (AC97 Audio or HD Audio), MIDI port and Game
port. Choose SAVE & EXIT in Exit menu.
Update the motherboard chipset with the latest patch.
Reboot PC
Install from CD or download :
Locate the original CD if possible, insert into drive, and press Install Now when the installer program launches.
If you cannot locate the CD, download the driver using the link above, extract the file, browse to Driver folder > Audio folder > Setup folder and double-click "setup.exe."
Follow the prompts to complete the installation. If you are uncertain, refer to the manual (available from the Manuals download page) .

Speakers are muted automatically when headphone is connected to Fornt Panel jack.
Speakers are muted and sound is routed through the Rear and Front headphone jack when output mode is manually configured to "Headphone."
