How can I process the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for replacement? |
Please fill in the blanks in the RMA form attached and send it back to us via email (see below) or FAX (408-727-6275) We will generate the RMA number for you.
Send your sound card with the form and any doc to prove the PO date to our office at:
Auzentech, Inc. RMA # 2000 Wyatt Drive Ste.13 Santa Clara, CA 95054 USA
We will process the replacement once we receive the RMA product.
Notes:
- Products without an RMA number on the shipping label will not be accepted. - We can provide the RMA form via email. Please contact: RMA(at)auzentech.com (make the address valid before sending). |
