   How can I process the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for replacement?
Please fill in the blanks in the RMA form attached and send it back to us via email (see below) or FAX (408-727-6275) We will generate the RMA number for you.

Send your sound card with the form and any doc to prove the PO date to our office at:

We will process the replacement once we receive the RMA product.

Notes:

- Products without an RMA number on the shipping label will not be accepted.
- We can provide the RMA form via email. Please contact: RMA(at)auzentech.com (make the address valid before sending).
